Promos-for-Real Estate is a division of Coastal Printing. We are family owned and operated by the Guttridge family and have been since 1971. During these 40 years Coastal Printing has persevered through many economic cycles and has remained a steadfast and reliable source of printing and promotional products for our customers.

Our Promotional Products division is managed by Mike Searcy. Mike has over 25 years of experience providing solutions for customers nationwide. Just as Coastal Printing operates on a quality-first basis, Promos-for-Real Estate focuses on offering value to our customers.

The Promotional Products industry is made up of literally tens-of-thousands of vendors, all that have come together to create a universe of products and this is where our experienced team comes in to play!
